What it is
A little agent with a big personality.
She sits in the chat when I need company, pokes at tools when she’s allowed, and steals the good notes for later. One binary. One very orange accomplice.
I wrote the code. She supplied the personality.

Keyboard-first chat when you’re deep in something. She’ll show up, sit in the middle of it, and make herself useful.

Pokes the tools on purpose
Bash, files, fetch when a task needs hands. A sandbox keeps her curiosity from knocking over the whole house.

Hoards the good bits
Session memory for the moment. Durable notes for the scraps she refuses to forget.
Why Waffle
Named after the small orange princess who runs this house.
Curious, affectionate, and never innocent. She steals chairs, interrupts focus, and still somehow owns the room. The project took her name because nothing else would stick.
If the agent misbehaves a little, good. That was on purpose.
